UITC To Host Vaccine Hesitancy In The BAME Community Responses To Covid Zoom Session – Solutions Webinar

On 31st August 6pm– 7.30pm, Unity in the Community will host the second webinar, based on the BAME communities’ solutions’ surrounding the Covid-19 vaccine.

We are delighted to invite you to join the Unity in The Community team, who are hosting a series of webinar sessions to explore vaccine hesitancy in the BAME community in Nottingham. On Tuesday 31st August 2021 at 6pm, featuring the following panellists:

Dr Arshad Latif NHS GP & Member of the British Islamic Medical Association, Councillor Audrey Dinnall Leen Valley Ward, Faisal Faik Islamic Community Advocate, Faith Gakanje CEO of AWEF, Shilpa Arya Community Advocate, Vinny Gee Inspirational Speaker, Raj Crossley Project Officer, Pastor Clive Foster, Nicola Richards Lecturer in Biomedical Science & Councillor Leslie Ayoola Mapperley Ward.

Our third webinar session, will be based on a solutions based conversation with attendees and key panellist to suggest solutions to address vaccine hesitancy in the BAME community. We’d love for you to attend the session and to ‘voice your solutions’ to address this complicated issue. Be part of a vibrant conversation with panellists sharing their ideas and experiences on this topic and hear all sides of the conversation.
